What is your main interest in fitness?

It all started  with running and taekwondo, but then I realized that I am only strong in my lower body. Then, I started  training my upper body in the gym. Not long after that I switched my career from a reguler office worker to a personal trainer. I also like to help my friends to reach their fitness goals. Now I focus on training for kettlebell sport, running, fat loss, and “functional” training.
